Kozanoglu Kozmaksan Ltd. Şti. (Kozanoglu Kozmaksan Limited Company) was founded in 1972 in Ankara in order to offer solutions to the hydraulic and automotive market and has left behind 53 years of success story.
Driven by Turkey's rapid industrialization and infrastructure development, the growing construction sector created a significant demand for commercial vehicles and tipping equipment. Recognizing this opportunity, KOZMAKSAN entered the market by manufacturing hydraulic tipping pumps for construction trucks operating on major infrastructure and building projects.
Building on its engineering expertise and commitment to innovation, KOZMAKSAN achieved a major milestone in 1980 with the production of its first Power Take-Off (PTO) at its manufacturing facility in the Ostim Industrial Zone, Ankara. This marked the beginning of the company's specialization in power transmission systems—a field in which it has continuously expanded its capabilities and technological leadership.
KOZMAKSAN has been manufacturing intermediate gearboxes, split shaft unit, reducers and 4x4 transfer cases in its modern 5,000 sqm² production facility located in the ASO Org Industrial Zone since 2006. In addition, in 2016, it opened a new 5,000 sqm² factory in the Saray Organized Industrial Zone, where it produces PTO's (power take offs), auxiliary gearboxes and reducers. Furthermore, with its 2,000 sqm² R&D and technology center in the Ivedik Organized Industrial Zone, the company currently operates in a total area of 12,000 sqm². Equipped with advanced production technologies and rigorous quality control processes, the company has become one of the leading manufacturers of mobile power transmission solutions.
Today, KOZMAKSAN designs and manufactures a comprehensive range of products, including Power Take-Offs (PTOs), Split Shaft PTOs, Sandwich PTOs, Auxiliary Transmissions, 4×4 Transfer Cases, Reducers, Pump Drives, and a wide range of hydraulic and pneumatic auxiliary equipment. These solutions are engineered to serve virtually all types of superstructure equipment and mobile hydraulic vehicle applications, including firefighting, municipal services, waste management, road maintenance, construction, mining, agriculture, defense, and many other specialized industries.

Our products have been prevalently used by a wide range of vehicles such as the dump - tipper and tipper trailer trucks, hydraulic refuse packers, cesspit emptiers, snowploughs, road sweepers, fuel tankers, asphalt spreaders, salt spreaders, mobile hydraulic vehicle cranes, tow trucks, hook loaders, skip loaders, car carriers, fire trucks and combination sewer cleaning vehicles. Split Shaft Power Take-Offs are used in several cleaning combination machines, cement pumps, septic tank discharge machines, vacuum machines and firefighting vehicles. From the beginning of 2007, the Company began PTO production also for the Concrete Pumps and Concrete Mixer Trucks, and has obtained ISO 9001:2008 Certificate pursuant to the criteria of Turkish Standards Institute; ISO 14001:2004 pursuant to environmental management standards and CE certificate pursuant to EU's new approach directives.
