KBLW-4000 Vacuum Blower System — 4160 m³/h Capacity

The Kozmaksan KBLW-4000 is a high-capacity blower in Kozmaksan's blower range, delivering a nominal capacity of up to 4160 m³/h — built for demanding vacuum truck and industrial material transfer applications requiring substantial airflow.

As the first component in a pneumatic transmission line, the KBLW-4000 is composed of a cast main body mounted on a steel curvature chassis, with the blower pump housed on ball-bearings for smooth, long-lasting operation. The blower can be configured for belt-and-pulley drive or PTO-driven operation — a natural fit for Kozmaksan's core expertise as a PTO and power-transmission specialist, ensuring the blower and its drive system are engineered together rather than as separately sourced components.

Across its operating range (1350-3600 rpm), the KBLW-4000 delivers flow rates from approximately 330 m³/h up to 4247 m³/h depending on rotation speed and vacuum percentage, giving operators flexibility to match blower output precisely to the demands of the application.
