KBLW-6500 Vacuum Blower

KBLW-6500 Vacuum Blower

KBLW-6500 Vacuum Blower System - 6500 m³/h Capacity

The Kozmaksan KBLW-6500 is the flagship model in Kozmaksan's blower range, delivering a nominal capacity of up to 6500 m³/h — designed for demanding pneumatic transmission and vacuum truck applications.

As the first component in a pneumatic transmission line, the KBLW-6500 is composed of a cast main body mounted on a steel curvature chassis, with the blower pump housed on ball-bearings for smooth, long-lasting operation. The blower can be configured for belt-and-pulley drive or PTO-driven operation — a natural fit for Kozmaksan's core expertise as a PTO and power-transmission specialist, ensuring the blower and its drive system are engineered together rather than as separately sourced components.

Across its full operating range (1350-2850 rpm), the KBLW-6500 delivers flow rates from approximately 990 m³/h up to 6485 m³/h depending on rotation speed and vacuum percentage, giving operators flexibility to match blower output precisely to the demands of the application — whether pneumatic conveying, tank vacuum loading, or central vacuum systems. Full performance tables across all speed and load points are available in the technical data sheet.

The KBLW-6500 is built for continuous industrial duty with straightforward maintenance: monthly oil level checks, periodic belt tension inspection, and scheduled service intervals from the first 3 hours of operation through every 20,000 hours, as detailed in Kozmaksan's Blower User Manual.

Need a smaller capacity for lighter-duty applications? Explore the KBLW-900, KBLW-1500, KBLW-3000, or KBLW-4000.
