High Capacity Combined System

The Kozmaksan SP-10-2000-3000 is a high-capacity, single-stage centrifugal water pump engineered for larger fire trucks and water trucks, operating across a flow range of 2000 to 3000 liters per minute at 3000 rpm. The pump follows standard centrifugal behavior: at the higher 3000 l/min flow setting it delivers normal pressure around 10 bar, while at the lower 2000 l/min flow setting it can reach up to 15 bar — giving fleets flexibility to prioritize either maximum volume or higher pressure depending on the operational scenario.

For crews needing booster reel or fast-attack capability, the SP-10-2000-3000 is also available with an additional high-pressure stage delivering 250-400 liters/minute at 40 bar, combining high-volume and high-pressure operation in a single pump unit — the same combined-pump approach used across Kozmaksan's SP-1500 and SP-3000 series. The pump is EN 1028 certified, built with light alloy, high-quality anodized aluminum construction, bronze bedding from two points, and a thermal expulsion system alongside mechanical stuffing impermeability for reliable sealed operation.

An automatic suction system is included as standard, with a high-pressure by-pass system, single-stage aluminum blower for low pressure operation, and single-stage bronze blower for high pressure operation. The pump maintains low sound levels and operates reliably across a wide temperature range of -15°C to +55°C, with 5" suction and 2.5" discharge connections sized for its higher flow capacity.

Configuration options include a foam estimator, multi-outlet collector, high-pressure distributor, a pump control panel with changeable options, and changeable coupling options — allowing fleets to specify the exact configuration needed for their vehicle and operational role.
