SP-010-1500-V Fire Truck Water Pump - Automatic Priming System

The Kozmaksan SP-010-1500-V is a normal-pressure fire truck and water truck pump built around an automatic priming system, delivering the same 1500 liter/minute (396 gpm) flow rate at 8-10 bar and 2800 rpm as the standard SP-010-1500, but with automatic suction engaged as standard rather than optional. This makes the SP-010-1500-V the faster-deployment choice for fleets that prioritize rapid response over manual priming procedures.

Built on the same centrifugal stepped design as the rest of the SP-1500 platform, the SP-010-1500-V uses brass bedding from two points (rather than bronze) along with mechanical stuffing impermeability and a rotation promoter transmission for smooth, low-level-sound operation. The pump's vacuum performance diagram shows the automatic priming system reaching near-full vacuum within approximately 30-40 seconds of engagement, giving crews a fast, predictable path from arrival to water delivery without manual priming steps.

Configuration options include a foam estimator for foam-based suppression operations, and a choice of aluminum, brass, or pig iron trunk material depending on operating environment and corrosion resistance requirements, plus a collector for multi-source water intake.
