4000 L/min Flagship Capacity

The Kozmaksan SP-010-4000 is the flagship, highest-capacity pump in Kozmaksan's SP series, delivering 4000 liters per minute (1056 gpm) at 10 bar (145 psi) normal pressure — the same low-pressure capacity class as Waterous's HL400 rear-mount pump, one of the most widely used pump platforms in international-style fire trucks worldwide. Built for the largest municipal and industrial fire trucks, the SP-010-4000 operates at a normal pump speed of 3000 rpm (maximum 3200 rpm), with a wider suction speed range of 2400-3600 rpm to support its higher flow demands.

The pump reaches a maximum pressure of 17 bar (246 psi), achieves a suction speed of 7.5 meters in 30 seconds, and is rated for continuous operation across -15°C to +55°C with a thermal drain valve at 72°C. At 130 kW power draw and 98 kg weight, the SP-010-4000 packs flagship-level flow capacity into a compact 542 x 484 x 553 mm footprint — notably lighter and more compact than its output class would suggest.

Like the rest of the SP series, the SP-010-4000 is EN 1028 certified, built with lightweight alloy, high-quality anodized aluminum construction, and features a maintenance-free mechanical seal and vacuum pump, a high-performance automatic suction system, low-pressure single-stage aluminum fan, low sound level operation, and a hot water tank option for cold-climate use.
