SP-010-1500 Fire Truck Water Pump -1500 L/min Normal Pressure Pump

The Kozmaksan SP-010-1500 is a normal-pressure, PTO-driven water pump engineered for fire trucks and water trucks, delivering a flow rate of 1500 liters per minute (396 gpm) at 10 bar (145 psi) normal pressure. Built on a centrifugal stepped design with two stages, the pump operates at a normal pump speed of 3000 rpm (maximum 3200 rpm), with a minimum idle speed of 700 rpm, making it a versatile choice for municipal, industrial, and rural firefighting vehicle fleets.

The SP-010-1500 is available in two drivetrain configurations to match different vehicle setups: an RPM Increaser version (89.4 kg, with reducer ratio options of 1/2.04, 1/2.55, or 1/2.95) for vehicles requiring speed step-up from the PTO, and a direct 1:1 (ML) version (71.1 kg) for direct PTO-speed operation. Both configurations achieve a suction speed of 7.5 meters in 30 seconds and are rated for a maximum pressure of 17 bar (246 psi), with an operating temperature range of -15°C to +55°C and a thermal drain valve set at 72°C to prevent freeze damage.

The pump uses bronze bedding from two points and mechanical stuffing impermeability to prevent leaks under sustained pressure, combined with a rotation promoter transmission for smooth, low-level-sound operation — an important consideration for crews working in close proximity to the pump during extended operations.
